IX Readiness to IX Success: How Adoption Powers Transformation Culture Roundtable Session

Data from the 2023 LNS Research State of Industrial Transformation (IX) Tech survey indicates a resurgence in people-related challenges as programs reach Stage Four (Scale) of IX Maturity and Stage 5, where IX is embedded in the culture, i.e., adoption. While the Technology and Process domains still have unique challenges of their own, it’s the People domain where companies report increasing difficulties. One of the top challenges reported is “gaining buy-in from frontline operators and plant management.” While 10% listed this as a top challenge in 2021, that number jumped to 20% in our 2023 survey data.
