[The IX Event 2022] Keynote: Pivoting from Vision to Value, Recording

LNS Research’s annual The Industrial Transformation Event #TheIXEvent kicked off with a tremendous lineup of executive speakers in this first keynote session. Learn firsthand what it means to pivot from Vision to Value in IX, along with valuable leadership lessons in creating the best culture for successful transformation from three highly experienced and esteemed organizational leaders.

Our first keynote speaker, Matthew Littlefield, Co-founder and President of LNS Research, discusses our latest research findings and key insights on why Industrial Transformation programs are failing, getting stuck in their own best-laid plans. In addition, he’ll begin building the foundation of how organizations can avoid the Transformation Chasm and why it’s essential to pivot from Vision to Value.

Immediately following Matt, next up is Jeff Hamilton, Senior Vice President, at Pfizer Digital. With perhaps one of the most inspiring and impactful organizational stories of this century, Jeff will talk about Moonshot, Pfizer’s nine-month race to create a lifesaving COVID-19 vaccination. Jeff will share important challenges, lessons learned, and the importance of people in pursuing a critical, transformative, and life-saving mission.

Last, but certainly not least, our Day 1 keynote session concludes with a view from the very top of the organization, with CEO Blake Moret of Rockwell Automation taking the stage. Industrial Transformation (IX) requires the vision of leadership and a holistic organizational buy-in to advance from Vision to Value. Blake will share his personal experiences and insights on creating the right environment in which transformation thrives.

Here, you can watch the video recording of this session and take away actionable ideas to help you pivot your own Industrial Transformation (IX) from Vision to Value.
